Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By using ResearchChicago, you agree, without limitation or clarification, to be obliged by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any ResearchChicago web site. Use of ResearchChicago is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that ResearchChicago may terminate your access to any of its services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or any other guidelines and rules published by ResearchChicago. Any such termination shall be in ResearchChicago's sole discretion and may occur without prior notice, or any notice.

Account and Security

All ResearchChicago registrations become the exclusive property of ResearchChicago and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Upon registering for ResearchChicago, you will receive a password and unique User ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and User ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or User ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify ResearchChicago of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to use a secure and standard web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to access ResearchChicago.

You agree not to use ResearchChicago in any manner that could damage, disable or impair any of ResearchChicago's servers, computer systems or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of ResearchChicago, or any of ResearchChicago's software applications or services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of ResearchChicago's software applications or services, other accounts, servers, computer systems or networks. You agree not attempt to obtain any materials or information not intentionally made available through ResearchChicago, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software code. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Termination

If, at any time, we, ResearchChicago, believe you, the User, are in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, we may immediately terminate this agreement without liability.

No Warranties

ResearchChicago makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, for the services to be provided hereunder.

You agree that ResearchChicago shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind to you including, but not limited to, those that may result from service interruptions, delays, or non-deliveries. Additionally, ResearchChicago makes no warranties regarding its ability to recover any lost data, lost files, or other information, regardless of how or why the data or file was lost.
